Refund policy

At Divine Designs by Dee, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not satisfied with the merchandise once received, you have 7 days to return new and unused item (s) for a store credit only. We do not issue exchanges or refunds. The credit will be available up to one year after the date of purchase. All marked down items are final sales and can not be returned.  You must email us for your return approval within 7 days after receiving merchandise.
